Harp’ N Lyre Academia Musica was established in 1994. Its objective is to discover the hidden musical talents in you and develop them. Harp’ N Lyre Academia Musica is located in the heart of Kottayam town, near the railway station, Kottayam, Kerala, India. Being devoted to musical education, this institution gives quality training in various musical disciplines.

  Dr. Aswan Thomas Elias, the Director of Harp’N Lyre Academia Musica had started giving Music training in a modest way in 1988 by giving training for Electronic Keyboard at the CSI Ascension Church, Kottayam & CSI Emmanuel Church, Mallappally. Currently, Harp’ N Lyre Academia Musica accommodates more than five hundred students in different musical disciplines in Kottayam and its associated centers in Tiruvalla, Nedungadappally and Mavelikkara.

   Harp’N Lyre Academia Musica, had presented the first batch for the Music Theory Examination, conducted by The Trinity College of Music, London, held at Chennai in1993.

  The Associated Board of The Royal Schools of Music (ABRSM), London, selected Harp’ N Lyre as the first official examination centre in Kerala in 1994 and Dr. Aswan Thomas Elias was appointed as the Honorary Local Representative by the ABRSM in 1995.

  Harp N Lyre Music publishing division was started in 1999.

  At present, Harp’N Lyre Academia Musica is the Official Training & Examination Centre of The Trinity College of Music, London.
